- If you specified there is less than 3 weeks of uncollected waste at time of sign up and we find there is additional waste, you may have to be rescheduled and an initial service fee may be charged You will be contacted in advance if this is the circumstance. Please note if your yard is still snow covered or under ice we will only clean what is visible and accessible. Any uncollected waste will be collected each visit as it is exposed.
- Rates are based on a total cleaning area of approximately 5000 sq. ft.
- Fees apply for additional cleaning areas and the difficulty of the service area to be cleaned
- All requested service areas will be subject to an onsite assessment which may result in a change of service fees advance notification will be provided
