How do I sign up for Pet Waste Removal Service?
Sign up is easy and convenient and can be done over the phone or online in just minutes.
Is a contract required for the removal of dog waste?
We do not require contracts and there is no minimum service period.
Do you work through the winter?
Yes, we provide a year round service. Dog doo keep going as so does Scoopy Doo
What happens when it rains or snows?
We work under most weather conditions. Snow, very cold weather or severe rainstorms may prevent us from providing pooper scooper service that week.
We will continue your service the following scheduled service day, weather permitting.
Can my dog be out at the time of service?
To ensure the safety of your dog and our staff we please ask our customers to confine or restrain their dog at time of service.
Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. Service techs are not to climb or jump fences. Please have gate unlocked on your service day. You may furnish us with a key or supply us with the combination to your lock. Please provide this information at time of sign up.
What do you do with the pet waste?
The pet waste is hauled away free of charge.
What if I need to skip my Pet Waste Service day?
If you would like to put your service on hold when your dog is gone from the yard, for a week or more, we will put your service on hold with no charge to your account. This will allow for vacations or any personal reason you may have. Advance notice is required.
How do I pay?
One Time Cleanings A credit card is required to schedule service and will be charged prior to service.
Recurring / Regular services customers will be billed after service is provided. Each month you will receive an Invoice. Payment options: Invoice Mailed, Emailed, or sign up for automatic payment.
WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS ?
Service will not be provided on the following days:
New Year’s Thanksgiving Day
Memorial Day Christmas Eve Day
Independence Day Christmas Day
Labor Day
Our company will also be closed two weeks out of the year,
you will receive advance notice.

Service update: Covid-19
Scoopydoo Waste removal DOES fall under the essential business guidelines. We will resume service APRIL 27 as allowed by the State of Michigan.
Being this is a unique circumstance for our company we are asking our customers to please be patient as we work diligently to complete services. Please understand all yard conditions will vary along with the amount of time it may take to clean. Your regular service day may vary while undergoing this completion. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding. Upon resuming service your invoice may reflect an additional cost according to yard conditions. Please contact us if you are have any questions.

For informational purposes only. Below is our service techs requirements.
The following rules must be followed.
All communication will be done by phone or email
No employees in office
No more than 1 employee per truck unless members of the same household.
Do not knock or ring door bells. Do not leave cards.
Do not interact with dogs or customers. If approached by customer or dog is out please keep a 6 foot distance and keep communication brief. Advise customers to call office with any questions or concerns. If customer is not compliant or dog is out please return to your truck and call the office.
The best practice as stated by the CDC is as followed
One wash and one rinse bucket must be made daily and be kept in back of each truck. Please secure buckets with bungie or pole (Follow directions below)
· Fill bucket 1/3 full
· 1 tablespoon of bleach and dish soap in water, enough soap for sudsy water.
· Wash hands for at least 20 seconds and rinse
Bleach solution should be used after contact with any hard surface gates gas pumps etc.
