Scoopydoo Waste removal DOES fall under the essential business guidelines. We will resume service APRIL 27 as allowed by the State of Michigan.
Being this is a unique circumstance for our company we are asking our customers to please be patient as we work diligently to complete services. Please understand all yard conditions will vary along with the amount of time it may take to clean. Your regular service day may vary while undergoing this completion. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding. Upon resuming service your invoice may reflect an additional cost according to yard conditions. For informational purposes only. Below is our service techs requirements.
The following rules must be followed.
All communication will be done by phone or email
No employees in office
No more than 1 employee per truck unless members of the same household.
Do not knock or ring door bells. Do not leave cards.
Do not interact with dogs or customers. If approached by customer or dog is out please keep a 6 foot distance and keep communication brief. Advise customers to call office with any questions or concerns. If customer is not compliant or dog is out please return to your truck and call the office.
The best practice as stated by the CDC is as followed
One wash and one rinse bucket must be made daily and be kept in back of each truck. Please secure buckets with bungie or pole (Follow directions below)
· Fill bucket 1/3 full
· 1 tablespoon of bleach and dish soap in water, enough soap for sudsy water.
· Wash hands for at least 20 seconds and rinse
Bleach solution should be used after contact with any hard surface gates gas pumps etc.
