RATES ARE BASED ON A TOTAL CLEANING AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 4500 SQ FT (60X75 AREA). This is the size of an average backyard, front yard or run. Fees apply for additional cleaning areas and the difficulty of the service area to be cleaned
